Welcome to Drinkio AI ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application ("App"). By using Drinkio AI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information: Name, surname, email address, and phone number provided during registration. These details are never sent to any third-party AI service.
User Preferences: Drink type preferences (alcoholic, non-alcoholic, coffee, tea, etc.), temperature preferences (hot, cold, frozen), serving size preferences, and selected character for personalized experience.
Selected Ingredients: When you select drink ingredients (alcohol, fruits, syrups, dairy, spices, etc.) inside the app, this information is used to generate drink recipe suggestions.
App Permissions: Notification permission to send relevant updates and alerts.
Payment Information: We use RevenueCat to process subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat only receives a unique user ID assigned by us and does not have access to your personal data or payment details.
Third-Party Advertising: We use third-party advertising services (such as Google AdMob) that may collect a unique user/device ID for ad personalization and analytics purposes. These services do not receive your personal information such as name, email, or phone number.
Game Data: When you use in-app party games (Truth or Dare, Never Have I Ever, Psych), we collect player names and game settings only for the duration of the game session. This data is not permanently stored unless you explicitly save it.
Automatically Collected Data: Non-personal usage data (e.g., app interactions, error logs, crash reports) used to improve app performance and user experience.

3. How We Use the Information

Create and manage user accounts.
Generate personalized AI-based drink recipe suggestions based on your selected ingredients and preferences.
Process selected ingredients and drink preferences through OpenAI's ChatGPT API to generate drink recipe outputs.
Provide party game experiences (Truth or Dare, Never Have I Ever, Psych) with personalized content.
Send updates and notifications about new features, recipes, or games (if permission is granted).
Manage subscriptions securely through RevenueCat.
Display personalized advertisements through third-party ad networks.
Improve app functionality, game experiences, and user experience.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal account information (name, email, phone number) with any third parties.

We only share the following data when generating AI-based recipe suggestions:

Profile inputs (height, weight, dietary preferences – if provided)
Selected ingredients or items chosen by the user inside the app

This data is transmitted to OpenAI’s ChatGPT API strictly for generating recipe suggestions. OpenAI does not receive your identity, account information, or contact details.

We obtain your explicit permission before sending any profile inputs or ingredient selections to third-party AI services, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines (5.1.2(i)).

The only other third-party service we use is:

RevenueCat – receives only a unique identifier for subscription handling.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. Game session data (player names, game settings) is only stored temporarily during active game sessions and is automatically cleared when you exit the game. Recipe history and favorites are stored until you delete them or request account deletion.

6. Data Deletion Requests

Users may request data deletion at any time by contacting support@lulusolutions.com.tr. Upon verification, all associated data—including drink preferences, recipe history, favorites, and AI interaction history—will be permanently deleted from our systems.

7. Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. All personal data is securely stored on our own backend servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS).

8. Age Restrictions and Children's Privacy

Drinkio AI contains content related to alcoholic beverages and is intended for users who are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. The app is not intended for children under 18 years old (or the legal drinking age in your country, whichever is higher), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted within the app and will take effect immediately upon publication. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
