Welcome to Eterna ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application ("App"). By using Eterna, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: Name, username, and email address provided during registration or guest sign-up.
Photos and Media: Photos you capture or upload within the app are stored on our servers as part of your shared event album. Photos are only visible to guests who have been invited to that specific album.
Album Data: Album settings, event dates, invite codes, QR codes, and album configuration you set when creating an event album.
Push Notification Token: If you grant notification permission, we store your push token to send you alerts about your album (e.g., when the album opens or a guest joins).
Customer Support Data: When you contact Eterna Support, we store the messages you send and may associate them with your account identifier, app version, selected product, relevant error code, and the screen from which you requested help. We do not automatically share album photos with support.
Payment Information: We use RevenueCat to process in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives only a unique user identifier assigned by us and does not have access to your personal data or payment card details. Apple handles all payment transactions.
Automatically Collected Data: Non-personal usage data (e.g., app interactions, crash reports, error logs) used to improve app performance and user experience.
3. How We Use the Information
Create and manage user accounts and guest sessions.
Store and serve event album photos to invited guests.
Manage album access via invite codes and QR codes.
Send push notifications about album activity (if permission is granted).
Respond to customer support requests and notify you when a support reply is available.
Process one-time album purchases securely through RevenueCat and Apple's payment infrastructure.
Improve app functionality and user experience through usage analytics.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share your personal account information (name, email) with any third parties.
The only third-party services we use are:
RevenueCat — receives only a unique identifier for in-app purchase handling.
Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — used to deliver push notifications to your device.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We do not use third-party advertising networks.
5. Photo Privacy and Album Access
Photos uploaded to an album are only accessible to guests who joined that album via the invite code or QR code provided by the album creator. Albums can be configured to reveal photos only after the event ends. Once an album is deleted or expired, photos are permanently removed from our servers.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account, album, and customer support data for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the service. Photos and album data are retained until you delete the album or request account deletion. When an account is deleted, its support conversation and messages are also deleted unless retention is required by applicable law.
7. Data Deletion Requests
You can initiate full account deletion from the Account section of the App. You may also contact support@lulusolutions.com.tr with privacy questions. Account deletion removes associated data — including account information, albums, photos, and customer support messages — unless retention is required by applicable law.
8. Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. All personal data and media files are stored on our backend servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS).
9. Children's Privacy
Eterna is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated within the app. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
